It is
likely that she will be pregnant, but there are always exceptions. You can
start looking for the pups in 21 to 25 days.
She
will need a diet slightly higher in protein and fat than normal. Check the
package of the gerbil food you are currently using. She will need 15%
protein and 7% fat while pregnant and nursing the pups. You can always
supplement her diet with some extra sunflower seeds feed by hand. I have
done this since one of my dads was getting fat on the diet. Some breeders
supplement with some dry kitten food.
