We have homes already for 2 of the gerbils which left the one who will be
left with the father to keep him company. He is already keeping them warm
and caring for them. Thank you again for your words of wisdom

Condolences.
It's hard being your own vet when there's nothing else to
be done. Rest assured you did do all you could for her.
Your pups will need some supplimental KMR to around 4 1/2
weeks old, not much but some. The father will still help care
for them and keep them warm and all.
Consider leaving him a daughter or son from this litter for
a companion when you separate them at around 6 weeks.
