Hello list,
Do you consider 10 gallon "good" for a pair of adult
gerbils or the bare min.?
I had my second pair, Juniper and Soody in a 10 gallon
briefly before I bought a 20 gallon for them.. the 10
gallon seemed very, very cramped to me. Actually the
20 gallon seems a little small to me also. *s* Just
width-wise however.
I'm not sure why breeders use 10 gallons except for
space and money. I mean, instead of just two gerbils
in the 10 gallon, you potentially have around 6-8.
Then again, I've never been a breeder, nor do I plan
on becoming one.
Maybe it's just me..?
