Hey guys, Jane just gave me a good idea about the black/brown gerbil question, which was really in reference to her own little chocolate babies. I really don't know anything about jirds, but I thought that the picture of the brown guy looked kind of funny, and it was mentioned that he might be kinda big for his age. Well, since jirds are a bit of a fad now and the little guy was rescued from a shelter, I thought this might be the answer. Check out the link she sent me, and see what you think.
