The best thing is Kitten Milk Replacer. You can get it at the pet
store. I think cow's milk is not nearly rich enough. I have also
used human baby formula made double strong (in an emergency, you use what you
have), but I only did that for one day until I could get to the pet store.
Sweetened condensed milk is way too sweet, and skim milk has no fat, which is
essential for development at this stage. you might try whole milk if it is
all you have.
