Summary: gerbv still segfaults when exporting layer

Initial Comment:
I've found yet another way to crash gerbv. The root cause is the same as in
3196584.

To reproduce:
1. Add a layer from any file. The menu options for exporting are activated.
2. Press Ctrl+F: A search filed opens.
3. Press ESC. The search field disappears. No layer is selected anymore.
4. Now try to export a drill file. This causes a segfault.

Please don't take this the wrong way. I'm just trying to help get gerbv more
stable with these bug reports.

Message:
Simon,
Try the latest git now. Ctrl+F doesn't seem to do anything on my
machine, so I can't find a way to force the layer to be unselected. I
added a check in there to make sure something is selected before
continuing. Let me know if it doesn't work by posting a comment to this
bug.

Cheers,
Julian
