Do "cvs diff -uN" to include new or removed files. -----Original Message----- From: Gareth Bryan [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, August 12, 2003 3:29 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [PATCH] junit testcase for SimpleInstancePool.java
Added a junit test case for org.apache.geronimo.cache.SimpleInstanceCache. Comitters: This was partly a learning exercise for me as it's my first foray into CVS (we use clearcase at work :( ). I was a bit confused about how to add a new file, I followed the contributors tech guide on www.apache.org and did a cvs diff -u from the module root. The result of this is attached as poolTest.patch; but seeing as this only contains the directory diff info, I thought'd I'd better also attach the actual source file. Q: Is this the normal way to add a new file (I suspect not)? Q: If not, what is? (FYI: I have checked that my local maven build completes successfully) Cheers, Gareth -- Gareth Bryan [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- http://www.fastmail.fm - Email service worth paying for. Try it for free
