It needs to be physically deleted from the Attic. It also must be deleted
from mail archives, if it was ever there.
We also need to be clear that what it was replaced with is not a derivative work.
I think we should only do that if we determine that indeed the code that is now in the Attic infringes on someone elses copyright. (I'm tired of saying "JBoss's copyright", because IIRC, they don't actually have copyright ownership of this code)
