Alex,

It's NOT your problem :)

Problem is in the jetty module. It is not finding the classes for the tag 
libraries which are
present in the WEB-INF/classes (in the WAR file).

Steps to repro:
- refresh from cvs.
- run "maven clean" from the main directory.
- run "maven" from the main directory.
- CD to assembly directory
- run "maven clean" from assembly directory
- run "maven deployinstallrun"
