This isn't the best test since you've limited get_iplayer to a single
CDN and single recording mode. See the other reports referenced above.
Something you could do to help test - Run the command like this:
get_iplayer --get 471 --modes flashlow --attempts 1 --debug
Removing the number suffix from "flashlow" will hit both CDNS, and the
--debug flag may induce rtmpdump to show some additional error messages.
