Hi all, I'm just wondering whether my current run of bad luck in getting RealBasic licensed is typical of experiences had by other users of the software.
After buying RealBasic Standard for the Macintosh, I was for some reason shipped a license for Windows. It was only after I started the activation sequence that I realised it was a Windows key, and now, 5 days later, RealBasic are still not responding to my requests even though the Australian company I purchased it through have been very responsive and have told me that RealBasic was supposed to have agreed to swap over the keys. Do they have responsive customer support? I ask this because I have sent 3 emails to customer support requesting updates/information regarding the license fix status and never hear back. Has anyone else had these sorts of problems? Cheers, Preston. _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe or switch delivery mode: <http://www.realsoftware.com/support/listmanager/> Search the archives of this list here: <http://support.realsoftware.com/listarchives/lists.html>
