I don't know. I'm not an Apple human interface guru. Maybe this is
normal behavior? You can't really tell in Mail.app, since the window
content obscures the window backdrop. Perhaps it really is white too?
No idea. I've not employed this "feature" for any production code, so
I'm not sure what's required to make good use of it. I just remember
somebody mentioning awhile ago (Seth maybe?) and had the code snippet
available for the original poster.
