Hi,
I have done some similar I think (On Macintosh). I have some floating
windows with the Title bar to the left side with only a close widget.
Then "your title bar" is just the window so you could use the mouse
events and then resize the window ....
So I think this could be done (at least on Mac and) with not to
much work ...
