David,

I finally found the time to run and test your OS X GHDL installer. Installation 
was a snap, and everything just worked! Now I can spend more time actually 
using GHDL and less time trying to maintain it on my various OS X machines.

My sincerest gratitude for all of your work on this! Hopefully this installer 
can continue to be maintained for future versions of GHDL and OS X.
