Thanks for the feedback. There was a lot of work that went into the installer as well as 10.5 SDK compatibility which Dr. Lyons tested for me. I couldn't upload the Mac OS X ghdl mcode distribution to ghdl.free.fr. There's something stopping me and Tristan had to do it by ftp as the account holder. We've kicked around the idea of moving the ghdl web page somewhere else although there's a chance the web server could be mis-configured or something. It's a drawback to contributing until it's cured. I'd like to do a gcc version of ghdl, and maybe a newer gtkwave release. I'll add the Mac OS X stuff to the gna.org ghdl project subversion repository, it'll contain all the information necessary to build on OS X. Also doing a code map text document because I've had to rediscovery things a couple of times. The upside is that it could lead potential software contributors through the source code and will have some architecture information. Ada isn't that hard if you're VHDL conversant. There's a little more object oriented to it than VHDL exhibits. _______________________________________________ Ghdl-discuss mailing list [email protected] https://mail.gna.org/listinfo/ghdl-discuss
