Oh right, and the GCCVERSION and GTKWAVE_VERSION strings in dist.sh need
updating. I'll do that tonight.
I'll re-read about branching in hg. The preferred method according to
hginit.com seems to be cloning the repo, I still have to see how well
that plays with SourceForge (I'll try that on another project).
