Thanks! Assuming the model isn't ringing in delta time and always
stabilizes to a steady state (well) within 5000 delta cycles, then
since:

TYPE time    IS RANGE -2_147_483_647 TO 2_147_483_647

I guess that means there are 2_147_483_647 simulation time steps
available. What happens when the simulator reaches time'high? 

Hmm, I didn't really consider that boundary before now.
