It is an option, but it's not my favourite. I'd like to keep the package as similar as possible to a .ZIP file. It looks like the source timestamp is already UTC, but analysis timestamp is local time. I'm not sure that I understand it right. There is a FIXME in Get_Os_Time_Stamp which may be related. Joris.
