Uh. In what way isn't that the case currently?
GTK+ cycles through all the "conflicting" mnemonics. So (for british
english) ALT-C, s, s consistently brings you to "Colouri_se".
I usually don't use the mnemonic-based menu navigation, so I might be
missing something...
