However, now I'm finding that this simply doesn't do what that other page describes. After I set it to Multiply mode, nothing happened. It's been a few hours since I set this up, and just tried setting that mode now. I made sure I had clicked on the selected region before setting the mode. What could I have done wrong? The following shows a small excerpt of what I'm looking at. The yellow portion has text below it.
