`JournalFdRecoveryTest` was switched off in #1650 so the nightly builds could pass while the AMQ-9851 failures were worked on in #1644. #1644 was merged and AMQ-9851 was resolved for 6.3.0, but the `@Ignore` was never removed, so none of the four tests in the class have run since. This removes the `@Ignore` and its import. On macOS, the platform AMQ-9851 was reported on, the class passed 5 runs out of 5 locally: 3 on JDK 17, 1 on JDK 21 and 1 on JDK 25 (`mvn -pl activemq-kahadb-store test -Dtest=JournalFdRecoveryTest`). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
