Will this issue block the upgrade of Hive4 dependencies in Spark? From the description `While Hive assumes that isUTC is always true, Spark uses local time zone`, I'm not sure if this can be defined as a problem. BTW, Can this issue be fixed from the Spark side? I'm not very familiar with this piece of code. If someone has a thorough understanding of the fix, i am ok to include it to 4.1.0.
