The `MetadataCache` is designed to store objects that are a subtype of
org.apache.thrift.TBase.
`metadataCache` is used in `AcidTableOptimizer`, but `IcebergTableOptimizer`
needs `org.apache.hadoop.hive.ql.metadata.Table` that's why I created a
separate cache.
