Review Comment:
directSql.lockDbTable("TBLS") => MetaStoreDirectSql#lockDbTable() resolves
to lock TBLS in exclusive mode, which prevents other users from reading or
writing to the TBLS table. We'll have to pass a boolean argument to
MetaStoreDirectSql#lockDbTable() to decide whether to lock the table
exclusively or not.
