Review Comment:
   It was needed because some tests were failing because in case of iceberg 
tables for partition columns it was using :
   ```
   if (newValues.containsKey(fieldSchema.getName())) {
             String rhsExp = newValues.get(fieldSchema.getName());
             values.add(getRhsExpValue(rhsExp, 
formatter.apply(fieldSchema.getName())));
           }
   ```
   rather than 
   ```
   values.add(
             formatter.apply(fieldSchema.getName()))
   ```
