BTW, as I wrote before, the CPU load goes away after I open the bottom panel. And no matter which tab is active in that panel - it doesn't have to be terminal. And if I open a terminal - I can see that buggy path in my terminal, so it means that terminal is able to successfully load that path.  Moreover, there is no CPU load if I open the bottom panel, close geany (so that it remembers the panel open) and open geany once more with the bottom panel initially open. I only encounter CPU load if the panel is initially closed.
