Mostly agree with @b4n gist except perhaps `usr/share/man/man1/geany.1.gz` :)
Python 2.7 might (just barely) be useful since Geanypy needs it and some bleeding edge distros no longer provide it by default IIUC, although bleeding edge users are usually able to install stuff by themselves. Python3.x is not needed at all unless I am mistaken. As a general comment I would advise you to NEVER package GPG, ssl, tls or any other crypto stuff unless you are gonna update the package and push it to all users for every CVE thats fixed. You only included English spelling dictionaries, but people like @b4n use other strange languages (ie ones I can't understand :). Probably better to just not include any and let the user supply their favourite. As plugins only support webkitgtk 1 at the moment, and some distros (hi Fedora) are threatening to not support it any more, its probably worth including.
