advice2020 created an issue (geany/geany#4444)

I noticed that if a document contains any of the following symbols, they get
automatically highlighted when caret is placed before or after that symbol,
also its partnered opening or closing symbol gets highlight at the same time as
well
`( )`
`{ }`
`[ ]`

At times this is nice, but other times it can be a little distracting because
it looks like they are "selected", like if you select text up to these symbols,
they then highlight.

It was explained to me that this is handled in Styling Section known as
`brace_good` and `brace_bad`
It is good that this can be edited but to me this is not that convenient
because sometimes it might be nice to turn this on/off.

If possible suggesting to offer a `Setting` and a `Hotkey` that would allow
this feature to be toggled on/off.
In essence overriding this Styling `brace_good` and `brace_bad`.

Thank You
