Currently we have to create a task definition for each task, which may not be efficient. **Describe the solution you'd like** <!-- A clear and concise description of what you want to happen. --> For the above case, it's better to provide a LaunchMultiTask rpc interface for the executor so that multiple tasks of the same stage can be just one MultiTaskDefinition to avoid the same plan be copied multiple times.
