Hmm. I haven't tried this, but I suppose if you put a build directory in each source directory, you can configure multiple project roots for your language server. Or apparently [clangd lets you place them in subdirectories](https://github.com/clangd/clangd/issues/1011), and you could set up symlinks from the build directories.
