We initially planned to display the release notes for the MATLAB Interface in a [MathWorks File Exchange](https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/) entry. However, we were not able to successfully integrate the MATLAB MLTBX file from the apache/arrow GitHub Releases area with the [MathWorks File Exchange](https://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/), due to the limitations described in the following mailing list thread: https://lists.apache.org/thread/6c326wblktnw7hrnfkqv0ldzmps9crcz Therefore, this issue is no longer relevant.
