I realized I mixed up which generators are and aren't async-reentrant and placed readahead in the wrong spot. Fixing that, we get pretty much the same numbers as with ARROW-7001; this is still slightly behind but could perhaps be chalked up to S3 variability.  -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
