The docs could be clearer, but `skip_arrow_metadata` does what it says. If set to true, the key/value metadata is simply ignored and no arrow schema extracted from it, even if present. The Parquet key/value metadata in the `FileMetaData` is still decoded and present in the resultant struct. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
