@WillAyd I am going to have some time for this once I finish releasing Arrow 23.0.0. I've fixed the remaining pre-existing CI failures on main both for the PR checks and the extended archery ones. From what I read/understand this PR should be ready to be reviewable and the failures where just also replicated on main. In this case, can you rebase to see if we can get cleaner CI?
