As stated before we should add an escape valve to allow disabling startFrom, and set this automatically when parsing a Onelake endpoint, however, I should state: * Onelake is silently ignoring arguments it doesn't understand * Onelake is silently ignoring a version it doesn't support Both IMO are bugs in Onelake, and either would allow us to handle this more gracefully.
