I was surprised to discover that R DBI's default `dbFetchArrow()` implementation collects all batches into memory before returning an Arrow stream. I understand that DBI needs to remain pure R, but a callback-backed `ArrowArrayStream` constructor in nanoarrow, like the one previously implemented in narrow, could enable truly lazy streaming without depending on the arrow package.
