For sure! It's currently possible in (not nano)arrow, and I think we have all the utilities to do it here. I think the only "gotcha" is to make sure we're on the main R thread before evaluating R code (since it's fairly common for streams to be consumed on the a non R thread, like in most query engines) but I think there are utilities for that somewhere. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
