Don't we need also compare other members?
* `Children` when it is `NestedType`
* `ByteWidth` when it is `FixedSizeBinaryType`
I suppose we need to create a new `ArrowType` comparer for the product
projects like `ArrayTypeComparer` of `Apache.Arrow.Tests` and use it.
