It seems fine to me but not sure if I am missing something I'm -1 on this - I don't see much value, and its not clear to me why Row is better in typehints than pvalue. Row is not a typehint. We could move it to utils as you mentioned (this would be better than what is currently proposed), but it still doesn't seem to add much value. If we're going to make a breaking change (even a small one), we should have a good justification for it.
