io-expansion-service container is still on Java 11 runtime: https://github.com/apache/beam/blob/7d642a024a4e9164f72eaf642f95e3725e4d8f7f/sdks/java/expansion-service/container/Dockerfile#L19 We need to bump to Java17 And also all other gradle targets and its tests consumed io-expansion-service would need to bump Java version as well -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
