Review comment:
       Would you elaborate on the benefit of using a temp dir, rather than the 
`build/linkagecheck` directory?
   
   Current:
   
   - checkJavaLinkage with baseline mode writes the baseline XML to 
`build/linkagecheck`.
   - checkJavaLinkage with validate mode reads the baseline XML to filter 
existing errors.
