yeah it's actually bootstrap and also jquery error
in the `footer.html` jquery is not loading that's why bootstrap isn't
resolved and also this site is on bootstrap 4 but that toggle button logic
written in bootstrap 5 style which not resolved ,
I have fixed that and pushing it in about 10 minutes
