The test is broken because `checkSparkAnswerMaybeThrows` returns
`Option[Throwable]`, so `expected.contains("PARSE_SYNTAX_ERROR")` compares a
`Throwable` option to a `String` and always returns `false` instead of checking
the actual error.
## What changes are included in this PR?
Fix the test by checking throwable types and comparing actual error messages.
## How are these changes tested?
Fixed a UT.
