Repro:
```sql
SELECT 'a%' LIKE 'a#%' ESCAPE ('' || '#')
```
SQLite accepts this, but sqlparser currently rejects the ESCAPE operand as a
non-value.
Parse and store ESCAPE as an expression so supported expression-valued
clauses are representable.
