This warning came from jni 0.21's `GlobalRef` drop. Comet's core has been on jni 0.22.4 since #3753; 0.21 remains only as `native/shuffle`'s `jni::sys` dependency. And since #5748, every Tokio runtime and blocking thread is attached to the JVM as a daemon for its whole life, so a global ref dropped on one of them is dropped on an attached thread. In the same situation jni 0.22 would log "A JNI global reference was dropped on a thread that is not attached".
