Everything proposed here has landed. #5892 took the libhdfs suite behind the macOS crash out of CI and #5871 moved the sql_hive shards to the queue. #5939 and #5963 went further than step 4: only the Spark 4.1 profile runs on PRs and in the queue, Iceberg 1.11 is queue-only, and the older Iceberg versions run nightly.
