Closes #4836\n\n## Rationale for this change\n\nSpark SQL does not support the GROUPS window frame unit, so no Spark plan can reach Comet's native GROUPS guard or require a fallback. Remove the obsolete references from the roadmap and window compatibility guide.\n\n## What changes are included in this PR?\n\n- Remove GROUPS frames from the contributor roadmap.\n- Remove the corresponding fallback entry and issue link from the window compatibility guide.\n\n## How are these changes tested?\n\nDocumentation-only change. git diff --check passed and the obsolete references are absent from both files.
