## Which issue does this PR close? N/A. Exploratory draft. ## Rationale for this change \`spark.comet.exec.localTableScan.enabled\` defaults to \`false\`. This draft flips the default so CI shows which tests (including the Spark SQL suites) fail when \`LocalTableScanExec\` is converted to a Comet operator by default. It is not intended to merge as is. ## What changes are included in this PR? - Default \`spark.comet.exec.localTableScan.enabled\` to \`true\`. - Update the \`LocalTableScanExec\` row in the operator support table. ## How are these changes tested?
