URL: https://github.com/apache/datafusion/pull/26650

   ## Which issue does this PR close?

   Closes #26645.

   ## Rationale for this change

`check_finiteness_requirements` used `{:?}` on the operator, so a rejected
`SortExec` / `AggregateExec` dumped metrics, plan caches and lock state into a
multi-thousand-character message. The other errors in the same file already use
text plan strings; this aligns the pipeline-breaking path with EXPLAIN-style
`DisplayAs` output.

   ## What changes are included in this PR?

   - Format the operator with `displayable(input).one_line()` instead of
`Debug`.

   ## Are these changes tested?

   Existing `datafusion/core/tests/physical_optimizer/sanity_checker.rs` cases
already assert the message contains `operator: SortExec` / `AggregateExec` /
`HashJoinExec`, which still holds with DisplayAs (and is now the readable form).

   ## Are there any user-facing changes?

Yes: clearer `Cannot execute pipeline breaking queries` error text (no
longer Debug dumps).
