# Which issue does this PR close? N/A. Follow-up to #2315. # Rationale for this change #2315 made adaptive query planning the default. The TPC-DS workflow never set the planner flag, so since then it has been verifying all 99 queries under the adaptive planner, while its job names and comments still say "static planner" and say adaptive coverage is still to come. The benchmarks README says the same and points at #2047, which is closed. It also describes a skip list grouped by cause, but the list is now empty. # What changes are included in this PR? - `.github/workflows/tpcds.yml`: rename the jobs to "adaptive planner", replace the stale comment, and pass `-c ballista.planner.adaptive.enabled=true` explicitly so the label stays correct if the default changes. This matches how `tpch.yml` selects AQE. What CI actually runs is unchanged. - `benchmarks/README.md`: update the TPC-DS "Skip list" and "CI" sections to match the current state. # Are there any user-facing changes?
